How to make a return?

We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order.

To request a return:

1. Contact us by email at serviceclient@fleursdesdunes.com with your order number in the subject line of the email.
2. Indicate the items you wish to return and the reason for the return.
3. We will send you return instructions and a return label if applicable.
4. Once your return is received and inspected, we will process your refund within a maximum of 14 days after receiving the package.

Return conditions:

For your return to be accepted, items must be:


  • In their original condition, unworn, unwashed
  • 
Without stains, odors, makeup, traces of perfume or deodorant

  • With original tags and string ties intact

  • In their original packaging as far as possible

The following will not be accepted:


  • Worn or damaged items

  • Items with missing or detached tags and string ties

  • Personalized items

  • Underwear or swimwear without hygienic protection

  • Items showing excessive signs of trying on.
  • Late returns

Reasons for return to communicate to us:

-Size problem despite using the size guide (Please indicate your exact measurements)
-Defective item or not in conformity with the order (please attach a photo)
-Exercise of the right of withdrawal (without specific reason)


We offer free returns.

Returns must be made exclusively to the address provided by customer service via the prepaid label provided. No spontaneous returns will be accepted.

We do not offer automatic exchanges. If you wish to change size or model: Return your item for a refund and place a new order on the website.

Any non-compliant return will be refused and the return shipment will be at your expense.
